Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
All of our products have different processing times.  Most of our products are made-to-order and are started once an order is placed.  Please refer to the product description for actual processing times of each product.  We try to get our products shipped earlier than our processing times state; however, this will be determined by the number of orders in our queue when your order is placed. 

In general:

Thread Storage Tray sets: 3-4 weeks processing time

Project Trays, Spool Stickers, Notions, Ornaments: 1-2 weeks processing time

Other items: please refer to product description

Expect an email when a shipping label is created to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within the USA):
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Laser Bee Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Delivery Questions:

  • What if my order shows delivered, but it didn't arrive?
    • Our normal shipping provider is USPS and sometimes they will mark something delivered, but it will actually show up 1-3 days later.  Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by mistake.  You can also contact USPS and have them do a GPS delivery confirmation.  If you have exhausted these options, please contact us to rectify the issue.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at laserbeestudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, including any damage to the packing materials. Please keep all product and packaging materials until otherwise notified that it's no longer needed.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
