NEW** Use this needle insert tool to make it easier to change your needle on your sewing and embroidery machines. This insert tool provides a hole with a flat back to place your needle in the correct way. With it's long handle, you no longer have to fumble trying to use your fingers to hold the needle in place while tightening the needle screw. This works great for removing needles from your machine as well. Just place the needle into the insert's hole before loosening your needle screw and you won't have to worry about your needle falling into the bobbin area of your machine. Made of acrylic, colors will vary. Not for use with round needles used in industrial machines. We have also found that these do not work on the Brother/Babylock multineedle machines. There isn't enough room between the needle and foot guard to remove the tool once the needle is installed.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. You will receive a proof of the personalized item via email. Please review proof carefully and promptly. Processing will not begin until proof is approved. Once proof is approved, no changes can be made. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please purchase seriously.
Lost or Damaged Product
If you item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. If item is damaged, we will need a picture of the damaged shipping package as well as a picture of the damaged item.
When an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please contact the shipping agent first using your tracking number. If item is considered lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.
Shipping
You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 weeks from date of payment or from date of final proof approval on custom orders.
Domestic orders outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Orders will generally ship via FedEx. If you need us to use a different carrier, please contact us.
Overseas military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be sent Priority Mail at no extra charge. You may choose Standard Shipping at checkout. Thank You for your service to our Country!
