These thread drawer inserts will keep your thread neat and organized in the Ikea Alex 5-drawer skinny unit. Please see link below for exact Alex unit. These inserts will store Isacord, Robison-Anton, Floriani, Glide, Exquisite, Simplicity Pro, Hemingworth and many other brands of machine embroidery thread. Each set will include two inserts that will fit one drawer in the Alex unit. If you are wanting to store thread in multiple drawers, please order the number of sets for the number of drawers you want to fill (ie: if you are wanting to fill all 5 drawers, order 5 sets). Each set (2 inserts) will hold 50 spools of thread. Dimensions of inserts are 11.6"W x 10.3"L x .375"H As with all wood, there could possibly be knots and small flaws in the grain. We do our best to only use wood with the least amount of flaws; however, we cannot guarantee the wood to be flaw-free. This will not effect the purpose of the trays. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. You will receive a proof of the personalized item via email. Please review proof carefully and promptly. Processing will not begin until proof is approved. Once proof is approved, no changes can be made. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please purchase seriously.

Lost or Damaged Product

If you item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. If item is damaged, we will need a picture of the damaged shipping package as well as a picture of the damaged item.

When an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please contact the shipping agent first using your tracking number. If item is considered lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.

Shipping

You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 weeks from date of payment or from date of final proof approval on custom orders.

Domestic orders outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Orders will generally ship via FedEx. If you need us to use a different carrier, please contact us.
