NEW*** Project tags for all your sewing/embroidery projects! Do you do a lot of in-the-hoop projects and can't keep track of what fabric is for each part of the project? Use these tags to mark each fabric so you know exactly what part that fabric is for. The tags are made of dry erase material so they are easy to write on using the included dry erase marker. When done with the project, the tags can be cleaned and used again. Other great uses: can use them to tag your stabilizers to keep track of what kind they are; can tag vinyl to know whether it is htv or a different kind of vinyl. Each package comes with 10 tags and a dry erase marker.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. You will receive a proof of the personalized item via email. Please review proof carefully and promptly. Processing will not begin until proof is approved. Once proof is approved, no changes can be made. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please purchase seriously.
Lost or Damaged Product
If you item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. If item is damaged, we will need a picture of the damaged shipping package as well as a picture of the damaged item.
When an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please contact the shipping agent first using your tracking number. If item is considered lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.
Shipping
You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 weeks from date of payment or from date of final proof approval on custom orders.
Domestic orders outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
Orders will generally ship via FedEx. If you need us to use a different carrier, please contact us.
Overseas military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be sent Priority Mail at no extra charge. You may choose Standard Shipping at checkout. Thank You for your service to our Country!
