Do you have trouble keeping your thread sorted in the order of the stitch out? These project trays solve these problems! Line up your thread in these trays in the order needed for your design and everything stays neat and tidy. Never worry about your threads getting out of order. Use the dry erase marker to note in a space where a color repeats. Each set include three trays - tray one is numbered 1-14, tray two is numbered 15-28 and tray three is numbered 29-42. Use one, two or all three trays depending on how many color changes your project has. Fits Madeira Poly and Rayon 1000m spools as well as Coats & Clark 1000m spools. Please message us if you want to confirm whether your thread spools fit. As with all wood, there could possibly be knots and small flaws in the grain. We do our best to only use wood with the least amount of flaws; however, we cannot guarantee the wood to be flaw-free. This will not effect the purpose of the trays. Dry erase marker included. Thread not included - for reference purposes only ***Patent Pending***

Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. You will receive a proof of the personalized item via email. Please review proof carefully and promptly. Processing will not begin until proof is approved. Once proof is approved, no changes can be made. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please purchase seriously.

Lost or Damaged Product

If you item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us. If item is damaged, we will need a picture of the damaged shipping package as well as a picture of the damaged item.

When an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please contact the shipping agent first using your tracking number. If item is considered lost, please contact us and we will work with you on a replacement.


You can expect your order to ship within 2-4 weeks from date of payment or from date of final proof approval on custom orders.

Domestic orders outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Orders will generally ship via FedEx. If you need us to use a different carrier, please contact us.

Overseas military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be sent Priority Mail at no extra charge. You may choose Standard Shipping at checkout. Thank You for your service to our Country!
